🧢 ORDERS
How long does processing take?
We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. Once it’s dispatched, we can’t make changes — but you can return it once it arrives.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email support@afksupply.co.uk with your full name and order number.
🚚 SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — AFK SUPPLY ships globally 🌍.
Delivery times vary depending on where you are:

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what do I do?
If it’s past the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll check with the courier for you.
🔁 RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size.
💳 PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are in GBP (£), but your bank or PayPal will handle currency conversion if you’re outside the UK.

Will you restock sold-out items?
